Here is our schedule of Japanese language classes, courses and instruction for adults and older children offered this term. One-on-one private tutoring and private group classes are also available in Japanese, as well as Japanese translation and interpretation services. Japanese Language Classes for Adults

Mondays, September 19 - December 5, 2011 (12 weeks)	6-8 pm (2 hours a week)	Japanese Language for Adults	Beginners, Level 4	This class continues to build on speaking and listening, reading and writing skills learnt in the previous level's course. Assumes prior knowledge of Hiragana and some kanji. Ages: 13+. The teacher is a native speaker of Japanese. Classes are kept small. We fill seats on a first-register basis. Thursdays, September 22 - December 15, 2011 (12 weeks) [No class November 24]	6-8 pm (2 hours a week)	Japanese Language for Adults	Beginners, Level 1	This class will concentrate on speaking and listening, and correct pronunciation, of Japanese. Basic conversational skills will be taught. Introduction to reading Japanese hiragana, and some Kanji will also be taught. Ages: 13+. The class provides an important foundation for further studies in the language.The teacher is a native speaker of Japanese.Classes are kept small. We fill seats on a first-register basis.
