Tibetan Language Classes for Adults

January 10 - March 28, Saturdays (12 weeks), 3-5 pm (2 hours/week) Modern Tibetan Language Class for Adults -- Beginners, Level 1, ages 13 and older. This class puts heavy emphasis on speaking and listening skills of modern Tibetan language. Students will learn correct pronunciation, the Tibetan alphabet, basic greetings, and simple vocabulary. The teacher is a native speaker of Tibetan, with good English, and experience teaching Tibetan language classes. Classes are kept small. We fill seats on a first-register basis.
