The Bodhi Tree Language Center, in SE Portland since 2003, is an Asian languages service provider specializing in Mandarin Chinese instruction. Our teachers are all native speakers of Mandarin with many years experience teaching children. Besides having excellent command of English, they also make learning fun.
The Mandarin Chinese Afterschool Program at Arthur Academy Portland is a year-round program. It will be divided into 3 sessions, one per term -- fall, winter and spring. Classes meet once a week for 1 hour. The fall term class is 8 weeks, and costs $65. Winter and Spring classes are 10 weeks long and $80 per session, per student. Students should plan to attend all three sessions in order to obtain maximum benefit from the program.
Now enrolling in the Mandarin Chinese Afterschool program for the 2008-2009 school year at the Arthur Academy Portland School.
There are 3 terms in the school year. Each term the class will last for 10 weeks, meeting once a week for one hour a week. Classes are kept small to maximize the learning experience. This will be a mixed-level class of beginner level students. Students who have attended prior classes and students who are absolute beginners are welcome.
